BioStarting this fall I'll be taking culinary classes at a community college nearby. I love baking, and cupcakes are my ultimate favorite. I don't do anything to fancy, and it's all hit or miss at this point. But I wanted this journal to chart my progress-trying new recipes, new styles, new techniques, new ingredients. Mostly I just take cakes, fillings and frostings from different recipes and mix them together. So here's my attempt at making the world a better place, one cupcake at a time. :)
